1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session date. The deposit amount varies by package and will be clearly stated during the booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

4. Photo Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after the session via digital download. Physical prints and albums may take additional time.

5. Copyright & Usage

Matty Multimedia retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

6. Weather & Circumstances

For outdoor sessions, we'll reschedule in case of severe weather. For events, we'll work with available conditions unless circumstances make photography impossible.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, being prepared (makeup, outfits, props), and providing accurate session details.

8. Liability

Matty Multimedia is not liable for injuries during sessions. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

9. Portfolio Usage

Unless explicitly requested otherwise, Matty Multimedia may use session photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
